Pricing Rate Indicates an Initial Deposit to Hold Inventory Items & the First Week of Rental on the Item - If Additional Weeks Are Required for Production & Performance We Will Confirm This During Pick-Up & Return Scheduling & Bill You For the Additional Time When We Send The Rental Contract. Contracts & Additional Billing Must Be Completed, Signed & Paid Before Items Are Released At Pick-Up. 
Initial Deposit Holds / One Week Rentals Are Non-Refundable
An Additional Refundable Deposit Will Be Required for Inventory Items With Extended Weekly Rental Contracts. This Deposit Will Be Reflected on the Contract & Billing. We Will Not Refund This Deposit If The Items Are Returned To Us Damaged, Broken or In Otherwise Worse Condition Than They Were Rented To You. We Will Review & Check List Each Item In Your Order At Pick Up & At Return As to Condition Status & Details. We Will Not Refund This Deposit on Items That Are Lost, Missing or Stolen.
